Shareholders Timothy Earl and Gary Rudolph have been named to the 2022 Top 100 Leaders in Law by the San Diego Business Journal (SDBJ). The list includes some of San Diego’s most influential and accomplished law firm and in-house attorneys and the recipients are selected by an outside group of legal experts gathered by SDBJ.
Shareholder Timothy Earl is the chair of Sullivan Hill’s Construction and Insurance practice group and practices primarily in the areas of construction litigation, insurance coverage and business litigation. His insurance coverage practice involves representation of policyholders and insurance companies in a variety of insurance coverage disputes primarily involving property damage or bodily injury arising out of construction defect and asbestos claims. He also represents policyholders and insurers in breach contract, declaratory relief, bad faith, unlawful business practices and Insurance Code Section 11580 claims.
Shareholder Gary Rudolph is a member of Sullivan Hill’s Insolvency & Commercial Bankruptcy practice group. He focuses his practice on the areas of business consultation, bankruptcy and other insolvency matters, including representation of corporate and commercial Chapter 11 and 7 debtors, landlords and tenants, creditors in commercial bankruptcy proceedings, Chapter 7 and 11 trustees and other court appointed fiduciaries. Mr. Rudolph is the chair of the of the Bankruptcy Law Section of the San Diego County Bar Association and Secretary of the Business Law Section of the California Lawyers Association (CLA) for 2022-2023. He is also on the board of the California Bankruptcy Forum (CBF) and a co-conference chair for the CBF’s 2023 conference. Additionally he serves on the board of directors for the non-profit agencies Angels Foster Family Network and the California Western School of Law Alumni Association.
