Sullivan Hill attorneys Yaniv Newman, Rebecca O’Grady and Michael Zarconi have all been elected to serve on the Executive Committee of the Construction Law Section for the San Diego County Bar Association (SDCBA) for 2019.
Mr. Newman will serve as chair for 2019. He is a part of Sullivan Hill’s Construction, Insurance, and Commercial and Business Litigation practice groups. He practices primarily in the areas of construction and insurance litigation matters, with an emphasis on construction defect actions, construction claims and insurance coverage disputes.
Ms. O’Grady will serve as member at large for 2019. She is part of Sullivan Hill’s Construction, Insurance and Commercial and Business Litigation practice groups. She practices primarily in the areas of construction and insurance litigation matters, with an emphasis on construction defect actions, construction claims and insurance coverage disputes.
Mr. Zarconi will serve as vice chair for 2019. He is a member of Sullivan Hill’s Litigation and Construction practice groups. Since joining the firm in 2012 he has developed a wide range of experience as a general civil litigator including commercial and business litigation, construction disputes, bankruptcy and receiverships, as well as labor and employment law matters, with particular expertise in the area of employment discrimination.
SDCBA is the region’s largest law-related organization and the hub of the city’s legal community, headquartered in downtown San Diego. The Construction Law Section addresses matters of interest in the area of construction law, including contract law and construction defect litigation.
