The event will take place on Dec. 14 at the Westin Emerald Plaza at 5:30 p.m. Barry Lander, the Clerk of the Court, will provide the current “state of the district,” and current events and changes occurring within the district will be discussed.

Sullivan Hill Associate Kathryn Millerick is currently serving as a director on the San Diego Bankruptcy Forum board of directors for a three year term as of January 2016. She was also appointed as secretary as of January 2017.

Ms. Millerick concentrates her practice in Sullivan Hill’s Insolvency and Commercial Bankruptcy practice group. Within this practice area, she represents a variety of debtors, debtors in possession, creditors, and Chapter 7 and 11 trustees in commercial and business bankruptcy cases.
