Sullivan Hill Announces Involvement in PG&E Bankruptcy Reorganization

Sullivan Hill is proud to announce its representation as bankruptcy counsel for thousands of wildfire victims in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization case of Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) pending in San Francisco.

Sullivan Hill along with the Singleton Law Firm, lead litigation counsel, are advocating for justice on behalf of the wildfire victims.

“Lawyers for victims of several California wildfires asked a bankruptcy judge this week to reject PG&E’s request to pay the bonuses, saying the employees don’t deserve to be awarded for good performance,” said Soma Biswas of the Wall Street Journal.  PG&E just announced that it will scrap $130 million employee bonuses after protests were made from the victims.
