The ABA Forum on Construction Law will present 2023 Construction Law Foundations in four cities across the country on November 2-3, 2023. Foundations is a two-day continuing legal education program combining two of the Forum’s most popular Regional Programs on consecutive days – Fundamentals of Construction Law (for the legal angle) and Sticks & Bricks (for the technical piece).
The ABA was established in 1878 with a dedication to establishing the legal and ethical framework for the United States. Today, it functions as a membership-based group with an unwavering commitment to upholding freedom and seeking fairness.
Mr. Kulkarni is a Shareholder in the Construction and Real Estate Litigation practice groups of Sullivan Hill. He is the Chair of the Construction Law Practice Area Committee of the California Lawyers Association and the former two-time Chairman of the Construction Law Section of the San Diego County Bar Association. He currently serves on the Steering Committee of Division 5 (General Contractors) of the ABA Forum on Construction Law, and as a fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America. Mr. Kulkarni also proudly serves the San Diego community as an Advisory Board Member and Mentoring Program Co-chair for the Crawford Academy of Law program, and as a member of the Build and Serve Committee of the San Diego Chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America.
