Join Sullivan Hill Shareholder Shay Kulkarni as he presents “Construction Law Update and Year in Review,” hosted by the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA)’s San Diego Chapter on Thursday, June 22, 2023 at 11:30 a.m. PST.

This course will address new case law and recent statutory revisions in the area of construction law which promise to affect contractors, subcontractors and owners in California in the years to come.

The CFMA San Diego Chapter has been dedicated to fostering the personal and professional advancement of construction financial managers since 1983.

Mr. Kulkarni is a Shareholder in the Construction and Real Estate Litigation practice groups of Sullivan Hill. He is the Chair of the Construction Law Practice Area Committee of the California Lawyers Association and the former two-time Chairman of the  Construction Law Section of the San Diego County Bar Association. He currently serves on the Steering Committee of Division 5 (General Contractors) of the ABA Forum on Construction Law, and as a fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America. Mr. Kulkarni also proudly serves the San Diego community as an Advisory Board Member and Mentoring Program Co-chair for the Crawford Academy of Law program, and as a member of the Build and Serve Committee of the San Diego Chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America.
