Shareholder Tim Earl will be a panelist along with several other distinguished speakers at the 25th annual West Coast Casualty Seminar, on the topic of wrap-up insurance coverage for construction projects.
The panel will discuss components of wrap-up insurance programs, potential coverage gaps and pitfalls associated with such insurance programs, and insurance coverage issues that arise in construction claims covered by wrap-up insurance. The panel is titled “Unwrapped and Unraveled – An insightful (or inciteful?) play at the changing nature of the relationships between the parties in a wrap program who thought the wrap was supposed to take care of everything.”
The annual seminar is the largest event of its kind worldwide and continues into its 25th year of bringing the national and international construction defect community its most informative event.
Mr. Earl is chair of Sullivan Hill’s Construction and Insurance practice group, and is an experienced litigation attorney practicing primarily in the areas of construction litigation, insurance coverage, and business litigation.
