John Engel recently authored two articles on behalf of the State Bar of California’s Business Law Section.  “Innocent Buyer Liable for Conversion” summarizes the opinion of the Court of Appeal in Regent Alliance Ltd. v. Rabizadeh, et al., 2014 WL 6661557 (Cal. Ct. App. 2014). “Practice Tips Under Alternative A” provides an overview of the newly updated driver’s license law. Engel is co-chair of the Commercial Transactions Committee of the State Bar of California’s Business Law Section.
