Shareholder Gary Rudolph to Co-Present on Overlap in Bankruptcy and Family Law Matters at the SDCBA

Join Shareholder Gary Rudolph along with Kathleen A. Cashman-Kramer, Esq. and Angela Woolard, Esq. at the San Diego County Bar Association (SDCBA) on Sept. 12 from noon to 1 p.m. for a presentation on “Two Worlds Collide Redux – When Bankruptcy and Family Law Matters Overlap.”

The presentation will explore recent developments and key legal issues surrounding bankruptcy and family law.  They will discuss claims, automatic stay, property of the estate, jurisdiction, and other timely and important issues.

Mr. Rudolph practices in the area of bankruptcy and other insolvency problems, representing trustees, creditors and debtors in commercial bankruptcies. He is also a mediator for the United States Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of California. His representation in the Bankruptcy Court includes official unsecured creditor committees, bankruptcy trustees, corporate Chapter 7 debtors, Chapter 11 debtors-in-possession, and creditors in all bankruptcy matters.
