Shareholder Gary Rudolph to Moderate on Rules of Professional Conduct at SDCBA

Shareholder Gary Rudolph will moderate an upcoming presentation on April 23 from noon to 1 p.m. with Edward J. McIntyre, Esq. at the San Diego County Bar Association titled “The New Rules of Professional Conduct and You.”

The program will focus on the new rules of professional conduct and how they affect attorneys practice. Highlighted areas include “What is a true retainer” and managing trust funds. It will also identify rules that did not have a prior counterpart and are truly “new.”

Mr. Rudolph practices in the area of bankruptcy and other insolvency problems, representing trustees, creditors and debtors in commercial bankruptcies. He is also a mediator for the United States Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of California. His representation in the Bankruptcy Court includes official unsecured creditor committees, bankruptcy trustees, corporate Chapter 7 debtors, Chapter 11 debtors-in-possession, and creditors in all bankruptcy matters.
