Shareholder Gary Rudolph will serve as co-vice chair of the California Lawyers Association (CLA) Business Law Section’s Insolvency Law Committee for 2018-2019.

The Insolvency Law Committee is part of the Business Law Section of the CLA.  The Business Law Section serves as a forum to educate members on recent developments and current issues in all fields of business law; provides a vehicle for the business bar to communicate with the general public, the California Legislature, regulatory agencies, business trade associations, and other interested groups. CLA is a member-driven, mission-focused organization dedicated to the professional advancement of attorneys practicing in the state of California.

Mr. Rudolph practices in the area of bankruptcy and other insolvency problems, representing trustees, creditors and debtors in commercial bankruptcies. He is also a mediator for the United States Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of California. His representation in the Bankruptcy Court includes official unsecured creditor committees, bankruptcy trustees, corporate Chapter 7 debtors, Chapter 11 debtors-in-possession, and creditors in all bankruptcy matters.
