In the article, Mr. Rudolph discusses the Small Business Reform Act of 2019 (SBRA or Subchapter V), its eligibility requirements, and the plan and approval process. He also discusses the Honoring American Veterans in Extreme Need Act of 2019 (HAVEN ACT) and how it benefits veterans under a chapter 13 bankruptcy.
