Congratulations to Sullivan Hill’s Gary Rudolph for being appointed as Secretary of the Business Law Section of the California Lawyers Association (CLA) for 2022-2023.

The Business Law Section of the CLA serves as a forum to educate members on recent developments and current issues in all fields of business law and provides a vehicle for the business bar to communicate with the general public, the California Legislature, regulatory agencies, business trade associations, and other interested groups.

Shareholder Gary Rudolph is a member of Sullivan Hill’s Insolvency & Commercial Bankruptcy practice group. He focuses his practice on the areas of business consultation, bankruptcy and other insolvency matters, including representation of corporate and commercial Chapter 11 and 7 debtors, landlords and tenants, creditors in commercial bankruptcy proceedings, Chapter 7 and 11 trustees and other court appointed fiduciaries. Mr. Rudolph is the chair of the of the Bankruptcy Law Section of the San Diego County Bar Association. He is also on the board of the California Bankruptcy Forum (CBF) and a co-conference chair for the CBF’s 2023 conference. Additionally he serves on the board of directors for the non-profit agencies Angels Foster Family Network and the California Western School of Law Alumni Association.
