Shareholder Erin Kennedy Clancy is named a finalist by the San Diego Business Journal’s Next Top Business Leaders Under 40. The finalists represent young professionals under 40 who are leaders, change makers and innovators that are making waves, creating impact and leaving a positive mark on the San Diego community.

Ms. Clancy is part of Sullivan Hill’s Construction, Insurance, Real Estate, and Commercial and Business Litigation practice groups. She advises and serves her clients on issues such as construction litigation and transactions, insurance coverage, real estate transactions, general civil litigation, non-profit entity formation and governance, D&O and E&O claims, and purchase and sale of businesses. Notably, Ms. Clancy served as trial counsel, along with Shareholder Tim Earl, for a firm client in an insurance coverage trial where a defense verdict was obtained in May 2019. She recently obtained an LL.M. (Master of Laws) degree from Vermont Law School.
