The 31st annual Insolvency Conference for the California Bankruptcy Forum (CBF) is fast approaching. Don’t forget to register for the 2019 conference in Rancho Mirage, California from May 17-19.

Shareholder Christopher Hawkins is the 2019 president of CBF and oversees all aspects of the organization including the annual Insolvency Conference. “I hope you will join me and my fellow CBF board members at the May 2019 Insolvency Conference in Rancho Mirage,” said Mr. Hawkins.

Shareholder Gary Rudolph is also involved with CBF and will participate on a panel this year titled “Strategies and Remedies to Recover Hidden Assets Even the Hubble Telescope Can’t See.” The panel will discuss investigative measures to discover hidden assets, “consent directives,” and other rights and remedies available to overcome debtors’ creative attempts to shield estate property from the reach of creditors and trustees.

As former managing partner of Sullivan Hill and a member of the Executive Committee, Mr. Hawkins practices in the Insolvency and Commercial Bankruptcy, Business Transactions, and Commercial and Business Litigation practice groups.

Mr. Rudolph practices in the area of bankruptcy and other insolvency problems, representing trustees, creditors and debtors in commercial bankruptcies.

CBF is an organization comprised of local bankruptcy fora throughout the State of California. Its primary purposes are to provide educational support, a structure for communication between the bench and bar and networking between the members, thereby providing better service to the public.
