Of Counsel Kathleen Cashman-Kramer authored a case summary titled, “In re Sarria (Dist. Ct. D. Idaho),” published in the Insolvency Law Committee eBulletin by the Business Law Section of the California Lawyers Association (CLA). In the article, Ms. Cashman-Kramer analyzes the case In re Sarria, 624 B.R. 250 (Dist. Ct. D. Idaho). She discusses how the U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho affirmed the decision of the bankruptcy court finding that a successful creditor in a non-dischargeability proceeding was entitled to an award of attorneys’ fees in prosecuting the action.

Ms. Cashman-Kramer is a member of Sullivan Hill’s Insolvency & Commercial Bankruptcy practice group.
