Sullivan Hill’s Gary Rudolph will present the San Diego Bankruptcy Forum (SDBF)‘s program titled, “Subchapter V Updates and the abc’s of ABCs,” alongside Mike Bergthold of the Stapleton Group. The presentation will cover updates on recent issues in Subchapter V cases and a refresher on Assignments for the Benefit of Creditors. The program will take place today, May 23, 2023, at 12 p.m.
The SDBF is a nonprofit mutual benefit corporation founded in 1989 and is affiliated with the California Bankruptcy Forum. The goal of the organization is to provide educational support and networking opportunities for its members.
Mr. Rudolph is a member of Sullivan Hill’s Insolvency & Commercial Bankruptcy practice group. He focuses his practice on the areas of business consultation, bankruptcy and other insolvency matters, including representation of corporate and commercial Chapter 11 and 7 debtors, landlords and tenants, creditors in commercial bankruptcy proceedings, Chapter 7 and 11 trustees and other court appointed fiduciaries. Mr. Rudolph is the vice chair of the of the Bankruptcy Law Section of the San Diego County Bar Association and Secretary of the Business Law Section of the California Lawyers Association (CLA) for 2022-2023. He is also on the board of the California Bankruptcy Forum (CBF) and a co-conference chair for the CBF’s 2023 conference. Additionally he serves on the board of directors for the non-profit agencies Angels Foster Family Network and the California Western School of Law Alumni Association.
