Sullivan Hill’s Gary Rudolph will be a speaker for the Subchapter V Track at the upcoming 2021 Annual Conference of the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees (NABT). The presentation is titled, “Plan Confirmation—To be Approved or Not To be Approved, That is the Question,” which is one of the processes for a Subchapter V plan of reorganization. The presentation will cover pre-plan analysis, plan preparation, requirements for confirmation, presenting objections to the plan, and important provisions in the confirmation order. The interactive discussion will provide a judicial perspective as well as viewpoints from counsel for debtors and creditors.
The NABT is a nonprofit association that serves the Chapter 7 and Subchapter V Bankruptcy Trustee community through education, communication, and promotion of the profession. The association is dedicated to promoting the effectiveness of the bankruptcy system as a whole. The purpose of the NABT Annual Conference is to provide trustees, and those with whom they work, the resources to excel at their profession.
