Sullivan Hill’s Gary Rudolph will present at the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees (NABT) 40th Annual Conference’s program titled, “Subchapter V Turns Two: Recent Developments in SBRA Case Law.” The presentation will cover Subchapter V updates and the numerous cases concerning issues of first impression. It will also highlight evolving case law and provide practice pointers. The program will take place Thursday, June 9, at 11:00 a.m.
This year’s NABT Annual Conference will take place at The Westin Bayshore in Vancouver, British Columbia on June 8-11. The annual conference is known to converge unrivaled education, invaluable connections and indispensable solutions to provide trustees, and those with whom they work, the resources to excel at their profession.
The NABT is the voice of the Chapter 7 and Subchapter V Bankruptcy Trustee community, serving its interests and needs through education, communication and promotion of the profession.
Shareholder Gary Rudolph is a member of Sullivan Hill’s Insolvency & Commercial Bankruptcy practice group. He focuses his practice on the areas of business consultation, bankruptcy and other insolvency matters, including representation of corporate and commercial Chapter 11 and 7 debtors, landlords and tenants, creditors in commercial bankruptcy proceedings, Chapter 7 and 11 trustees and other court appointed fiduciaries.
