Sullivan Hill’s Gary Rudolph will be the moderator for the San Diego County Bar Association (SDCBA)‘s program titled, “State of the Bankruptcy Court: Perspectives from Clerks of the Court.” The panelists will be Michael Williams, Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court who will discuss important updates, changes related to COVID-19, and the status of the Bankruptcy Court; together with Shelby Poteet, Reed Trechter, Jeanne Bender and Ole Oleson, clerks to the honorable Bankruptcy Court Judges, who will discuss the do’s and don’ts to be successful from the perspective of the local judicial law clerks. The program will take place on November 2, 2021 at 12:00 p.m.
The SDCBA is the region’s largest law-related organization and the hub of the city’s legal community, headquartered in downtown San Diego.
Shareholder Gary Rudolph is a member of Sullivan Hill’s Insolvency & Commercial Bankruptcy practice group. He focuses his practice on the areas of business consultation, bankruptcy and other insolvency matters, including representation of corporate and commercial Chapter 11 and 7 debtors, landlords and tenants, creditors in commercial bankruptcy proceedings, Chapter 7 and 11 trustees and other court appointed fiduciaries.
