Sullivan Hill’s Gary Rudolph will be presenting at the San Diego County Bar Association (SDCBA)‘s Court Practice Series: Bankruptcy Court alongside the Hon. Margaret M. Mann, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of California. The presentation will offer inside tips from a local judge and experienced attorney on how to be successful in the Bankruptcy courtroom by teaching best practices and special issues specific to bankruptcy court practice. The program will take place on Wednesday, October 20, 2021.
The SDCBA is the region’s largest law-related organization and the hub of the city’s legal community, headquartered in downtown San Diego.
Shareholder Gary Rudolph is a member of Sullivan Hill’s Insolvency & Commercial Bankruptcy practice group. He focuses his practice on the areas of business consultation, bankruptcy and other insolvency matters, including representation of corporate and commercial Chapter 11 and 7 debtors, landlords and tenants, creditors in commercial bankruptcy proceedings, Chapter 7 and 11 trustees and other court appointed fiduciaries. Mr. Rudolph currently serves as the chair of the of the Bankruptcy Law Section of the San Diego County Bar Association and serves on the executive committee of the Business Law Section of the California Lawyers Association.
