Gary Rudolph Reappointed as Co-Chair of the NABT National Rules Committee

Congratulations to Sullivan Hill’s Gary Rudolph for being reappointed as co-chair of the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees (NABT) National Rules Committee for 2023-2024. 

The NABT is the voice of the Chapter 7 and Subchapter V Bankruptcy Trustee community, serving its interests and needs through education, communication and promotion of the profession.

Mr. Rudolph is a member of Sullivan Hill’s Insolvency & Commercial Bankruptcy practice group. He focuses his practice on the areas of business consultation, bankruptcy and other insolvency matters, including representation of corporate and commercial Chapter 11 and 7 debtors, landlords and tenants, creditors in commercial bankruptcy proceedings, Chapter 7 and 11 trustees and other court appointed fiduciaries. Mr. Rudolph is the vice chair of the of the Bankruptcy Law Section of the San Diego County Bar Association and Secretary of the Business Law Section of the California Lawyers Association (CLA) for 2022-2023. He is also on the board of the California Bankruptcy Forum (CBF) and a co-conference chair for the CBF’s 2023 conference. Additionally he serves on the board of directors for the non-profit agencies Angels Foster Family Network and the California Western School of Law Alumni Association.
