Shareholder Gary Rudolph Presents Decoding Your Local Bankruptcy Court with Chief Judge Taylor

Gary Rudolph, Sullivan Hill shareholder, along with Chief Judge Taylor, will be presenting “Decoding Your Local Bankruptcy Court” as part of the San Diego County Bar Association’s (SDCBA) Court Practice Series.  The presentation will be held on Aug. 9 at noon in Department 3 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court Southern District of California.

SDCBA’s Court Practice Series is geared toward new attorneys addressing the common mistakes new attorneys make, pitfalls to avoid, and special issues that are particular to a specific area of practice from the perspective from both the bench and a seasoned attorney.

SDCBA is the hub of San Diego’s diverse legal community, aiming to serve the county’s lawyers and the San Diego community as the representative of the legal profession. Their mission is to be San Diego County’s representative of the legal profession, serving the public and the profession by enhancing the legal system and promoting justice, professional excellence and respect for the law.
