Gary Rudolph Elected to the Board of Directors of the San Diego Bankruptcy Forum

Shareholder Gary Rudolph has been elected as a Director on the San Diego Bankruptcy Forum (SDBF)‘s Board of Directors for a three-year term. 

The SDBF is a nonprofit mutual benefit corporation founded in 1989 and is affiliated with the California Bankruptcy Forum, along with six other local forums: Orange County, Los Angeles, Bay Area, Sacramento, Inland Empire, and Central California. The goal of the organization is to provide networking opportunities and educational support for its members. Sullivan Hill is a proud sponsor of SDBF.

Shareholder Gary Rudolph is a member of Sullivan Hill’s Insolvency & Commercial Bankruptcy practice group. He focuses his practice on the areas of business consultation, bankruptcy and other insolvency matters, including representation of corporate and commercial Chapter 11 and 7 debtors, landlords and tenants, creditors in commercial bankruptcy proceedings, Chapter 7 and 11 trustees and other court appointed fiduciaries. Mr. Rudolph currently serves as the chair of the of the Bankruptcy Law Section of the San Diego County Bar Association and serves on the executive committee of the Business Law Section of the California Lawyers Association. He also serves on the board of directors for the non-profit agencies Angels Foster Family Network and San Diego Second Chance Program, as well as for the California Western School of Law Alumni Association.
