Sullivan Hill’s Gary Rudolph and Kathleen Cashman-Kramer will present a webinar titled, “Bankruptcy — From a 60,000 Foot View,” for the Legal Specialization Sections, a program of the Legal Professionals Inc. (LPI). They will provide an overview of bankruptcy law and procedure, addressing Chapters 7, 13, 11, and Subchapter V bankruptcy filings. The presentation starts at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 7, 2022.
LPI continues to grow by serving legal professionals including, secretaries, support staff, and lawyers throughout California with a variety of programs and services. With approximately 1,000 members and members-at-large and 29 local associations throughout the state of California, LPI is dedicated to educating legal professionals and promoting high ethical standards among law office support staff in the legal community. Shareholder Gary Rudolph is a member of Sullivan Hill’s Insolvency & Commercial Bankruptcy practice group. He focuses his practice on the areas of business consultation, bankruptcy and other insolvency matters, including representation of corporate and commercial Chapter 11 and 7 debtors, landlords and tenants, creditors in commercial bankruptcy proceedings, Chapter 7 and 11 trustees and other court appointed fiduciaries. Mr. Rudolph currently serves as the chair of the of the Bankruptcy Law Section of the San Diego County Bar Association and serves on the executive committee of the Business Law Section of the California Lawyers Association. He also serves on the board of directors for the non-profit agencies Angels Foster Family Network and San Diego Second Chance Program, as well as for the California Western School of Law Alumni Association.
Ms. Cashman-Kramer is a member of Sullivan Hill’s Insolvency & Commercial Bankruptcy practice group. She practices in the areas of bankruptcy and other insolvency matters as well as in commercial and real estate litigation. Her representation in the Bankruptcy Court includes bankruptcy trustees, secured, priority and unsecured creditors, lessors, and bankruptcy debtors in commercial Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings. She has represented a Chapter 13 Trustee for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of California. Ms. Cashman-Kramer currently serves as the co-chair of the Bankruptcy Law Section of the San Diego County Bar Association. Serving on the Bankruptcy Mediation Panel for the United States Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of California since 1995, Ms. Cashman-Kramer has also served as a Pro-Tem Judge for the Small Claims Department of the San Diego Municipal Court.
