Managing Partner of the firm’s Las Vegas office, Elizabeth Stephens, wrote an article entitled “Should Bankruptcy Trustees Retain the Ability to Claw Back College Tuition Payments Under Section 548?” which was published in the August 2015 edition of the ABI Consumer Bankruptcy Committee Newsletter.
