Sullivan Hill Shareholder Donald Rez has been appointed to serve a two year term on the Business Litigation Committee of the State Bar of California’s Business Law Section. Mr. Rez focuses his practice in the areas of business and commercial litigation and antitrust and trade regulation. He has handled all types of commercial lawsuits, including cases involving trade regulation and antitrust; breach of contract; franchisor/franchisee issues; lender liability cases; professional malpractice; and intellectual property.

Mr. Rez’s appointment adds to Sullivan Hill’s already strong presence with the State Bar of California, which includes Shareholder Jim Hill who is currently serving a three year term on the Executive Committee of the Business Law Section, Shareholder John Engel who co-chairs the section’s Commercial Transactions Committee, and Shareholder Jonathan Dabbieri, who serves on the section’s Insolvency Law Committee. Jim, John and Jonathan were all installed in their current roles at the 2013 State Bar Annual Meeting in October.
