Shareholder Chris Hawkins will be a presenter for the San Diego County Bar Association (SDCBA)’s program titled, “The Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) in Bankruptcy.” The presenters will discuss how the perfection and enforcement of security interests in personal property are governed by the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), which can give rise to drastic results in bankruptcy cases. The program is designed to help lawyers and trustees avoid pitfalls and seize opportunities. This presentation will take place on Thursday, May 5, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. via Zoom.
