Shareholder Gary Rudolph to Lecture at SDCBA on Bankruptcy Basics

Sullivan Hill Shareholder Gary Rudolph, will present “Nuts & Bolts of Bankruptcy” at the San Diego County Bar Association (SDCBA) on July 21 at 12:30 p.m.

Mr. Rudolph will lecture about the interplay between the Bankruptcy Code, federal rules of bankruptcy procedure, federal rules of civil procedure and local bankruptcy rules.  Other topics will include preparation of bankruptcy petition and schedules, objections to exemptions, issues relating to imposition of the automatic stay, duties of a trustee and the administration of bankruptcy estate, and claims objections.

SDCBA is the hub of San Diego’s diverse legal community, aiming to serve the county’s lawyers and the San Diego community as the representative of the legal profession.  Their mission is to be San Diego County’s representative of the legal profession, serving the public and the profession by enhancing the legal system and promoting justice, professional excellence and respect for the law.
