Summary
Parker Erickson is a member of Sullivan Hill’s Commercial and Business Litigation, Insurance Coverage, and Construction Law practice groups. Mr. Erickson’s practice is focused in the areas of commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and insurance coverage. In addition, he has experience in leveraged finance, financial restructuring, and other private credit and special lending situations.
Mr. Erickson attended the University of Utah, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science in 2014. He was also a member of the University of Utah football team. He went on to attend the Georgetown University Law Center, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2020. Prior to, and while attending law school, Mr. Erickson spent several years working in both the United States Senate and the United States House of Representatives as a Hill staffer and government affairs consultant.

Expertise
Prior to joining Sullivan Hill, Mr. Erickson served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Kim R. Gibson in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Before that, he was an Associate at a law firm in New York City, where he worked as a transactional attorney in the firm’s corporate, finance and investments practice group. Mr. Erickson also maintained an active pro bono practice representing clients in civil rights disputes.
While attending law school, Mr. Erickson worked as a student-attorney in the Georgetown University Health Justice Alliance Law Clinic where he assisted families with various legal issues including accessing their special education rights.
Representative Matters:
- Represented clients in private credit, leveraged finance, and special lending situations— moving more than $1.7 billion across various industries.
- Assisted in the representation of pro bono clients filing civil rights complaints both individually and in seeking class certification.

Mr. Erickson is a member of the State Bar of California. He is also a member of the Tom Homman LGBTQ+ Law Association of San Diego.
