Timothy C. Earl, a Shareholder with Sullivan, Hill, will speak at the West Coast Casualty’s 24th Construction Defect Seminar on May 18, 2017 from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. in Anaheim. Earl, along with J.D. Turner, Esq., Joe Kaneda, Esq., Phil Collias, and Todd Schweitzer, will be presenting “We Can Resolve Construction Defect Claims Early!” which will focus on what to avoid and how to obtain early resolution.
Earl leads the Construction and Insurance Coverage practice groups at Sullivan Hill, focusing on the representation of policyholders and insurance companies in a variety of insurance coverage disputes, primarily involving property damage or bodily injury arising out of construction defect and asbestos claims, including but not limited to contractual and extra-contractual claims.
