In this Construction Law Lunch and Learn, Mr. Earl will discuss the key components of owner-controlled insurance programs (“OCIPs”) and contractor-controlled insurance programs (“CCIPs”) in construction projects, and insurance coverage issues that typically arise after a claim is filed. The course will provide attendees an effective understanding of the scope of coverage typically afforded under such policies, and gaps in coverage that can result in insurance coverage disputes under certain OCIPs and CCIPs.
Mr. Earl is chair of Sullivan Hill’s Construction and Insurance practice group, and is an experienced litigation attorney practicing primarily in the areas of construction litigation, insurance coverage, and business litigation.
