Sullivan Hill Shareholder Gary Rudolph has been elected vice chair of the Bankruptcy Law Section for the San Diego County Bar Association for 2018. The section addresses matters of interest in the area of bankruptcy. Mr. Rudolph served as co-chair of the Bankruptcy Law Section for 2015, and served as chair for 2016-2017. As vice chair, he will assist the chair in coordinating seminars; community service activities and increasing awareness of the bankruptcy section to recent bar admittees; and attend and participate in executive orientations, receptions and functions.

Mr. Rudolph practices in the area of bankruptcy and other insolvency problems, representing trustees, creditors and debtors in commercial bankruptcies. He is also a mediator for the United States Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of California. His representation in the Bankruptcy Court includes official unsecured creditor committees, bankruptcy trustees, corporate Chapter 7 debtors, Chapter 11 debtors-in-possession, and creditors in all bankruptcy matters.
