Shareholder Gary Rudolph Appointed ILC Legislative Subcommittee Chair

Sullivan Hill Shareholder Gary Rudolph has been appointed the Insolvency Law Committee (ILC) Legislative Subcommittee Chair for the 2017-2018 term. As chair, Mr. Rudolph will assist in proving information and updates on upcoming federal and state legislation.

The ILC is part of the California State Bar’s Business Law Section (BLS) which serves as a forum to educate its approximately 8,000 members on recent developments and current issues in all fields of business law. The BLS through its 15 substantive law standing committees provides a vehicle for the business law bar to communicate with other California lawyers, California and federal legislators, state and federal regulatory agencies, business trade associations and the public at large.

Mr. Rudolph practices in the area of bankruptcy and other insolvency problems, representing trustees, creditors and debtors in commercial bankruptcies.
