Kathryn Millerick concentrates her practice in the firm’s insolvency and commercial bankruptcy practice group. Within this practice area, she represents a variety of debtors, debtors in possession, creditors, and Chapter 7 and 11 trustees in commercial and business bankruptcy cases.
Kathryn graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, where she obtained two Bachelor of Art degrees, both with honors, in Legal Studies and Mass Communications. She received her J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law.
Before she graduated from law school, Kathryn served as a law extern for the Honorable Laura S. Taylor at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of California during the summer of 2009. During the summer of 2010 she was a summer associate with Sullivan Hill, and joined the firm as an associate in 2011.
Kathryn is a member of the State Bar of California, the San Diego County Bar Association, the San Diego Bankruptcy Forum, the San Diego Receivers Forum and Lawyers Club of San Diego.
Millerick is serving as a Director on the San Diego Bankruptcy Forum Board of Directors for a three year term as of January 2016 and was also appointed as Secretary as of January 2017.
